Vice President of Watkins Public Strategies lobbying firm, Jessica Lucas has guided the Clean Energy Business through the legislative process from its inception. She is currently leading the organization through negotiations with utilities on distributed generation policy improvements that will be brought to the legislature in 2024 for adoption.
